This website is operated by Bragg Temp Control, Inc. dba Kelley & Dawson Service ("we", "us", "our"). Our office is at 1741 N Broadway St, Wichita, KS 67214. We respect your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
When you use this site or contact us, we may collect:
- Contact details. Your name, phone number, email address, service address, and town when you send a form, call us, or apply for a job.
- Request details. What you tell us about your heating, cooling, or air quality problem, the service you want, and any message you write.
- Job application details. The role you want, your experience, and the resume you upload if you apply through our careers page.
- Website activity. Pages you visit, links you click, your browser type, your device type, and your approximate location (city level). This comes from cookies and the analytics tools below.
- Call data. When you call a tracking number shown on this site, we log the number you called from, the date and time, and the call length. Calls may be recorded for quality and training where the law allows. You will be told if a call is recorded.
Tools This Site Uses
We only list tools this site actually uses:
- Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager. These measure site traffic and page performance. They use cookies when you allow them. You can say no in our cookie banner and the tools will not store analytics or advertising cookies.
- WhatConverts. This tracks which page or ad led to your call or form so we know what marketing works. It can swap the phone number shown on the page with a tracking number.
- Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise. This protects our forms from spam and abuse. It is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
- Google Fonts. This loads the fonts on this site from Google servers. Your browser sends Google a standard web request to fetch the font files.
- SwipeSimple. Our "Pay Your Bill" link takes you to a secure payment page hosted by SwipeSimple. Card details are entered there, not on this website.
- Wells Fargo. Financing applications happen on the Wells Fargo website, not on this website. Their privacy policy applies there.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to respond to your requests, schedule and perform HVAC service, send estimates and invoices, review job applications, improve this website, and measure our marketing. We do not send marketing spam.
How We Share Information
We share information with service providers who help us run the business, such as our website and marketing provider, our scheduling tools, and our payment processor. They may only use it to provide services to us. We also share information when the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Like most websites, our analytics and advertising cookies may count as "sharing" personal information for cross-context advertising under California law. You can opt out of that sharing at any time. See Your Privacy Choices below.

Payment Security
We never collect or store full payment card numbers on this website. Online bill payments happen on a secure page hosted by our payment processor, SwipeSimple. Financing applications happen on the Wells Fargo website. If you pay by card in person or by phone, the card is processed through our payment processor and is not stored on this website.
Text Messages
We only text you if you check the optional SMS consent box on a form or ask us to text you. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to texts is never required to get service. See the SMS Terms in our Terms of Service.
Your Privacy Choices
Your California Privacy Rights: Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
This section applies to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA. We collect the categories of information listed above: identifiers (name, phone, email, address), commercial information (service requests and history), internet activity (analytics data), approximate location, audio (recorded calls, where allowed), and professional information (job applications). We collect them from you and from the tools named above. We use them for the business purposes described in this policy.
We do not sell personal information for money. Our analytics and advertising cookies may count as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
As a California resident, you have the right to:
- Opt out of sale or sharing. Use the control and reject optional cookies, or turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser. We honor GPC as a valid opt-out signal.

Data Retention
We keep customer and service records as long as we need them to serve you, meet warranty and tax obligations, and follow the law. We delete or anonymize information we no longer need.
Children
This website is for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
