These terms govern your use of this website and the HVAC services we provide. By using this site or scheduling service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use this site.

You may use this site to learn about our services, request service, and contact us. You agree not to misuse the site. That means no attempts to break, overload, or probe the site, no scraping at scale, no submitting false or misleading forms, and no unlawful use of any kind.

Services and Estimates

Estimates are based on the information available at the time. Pricing can change once work begins and conditions are fully assessed. We will communicate any material change before proceeding. Descriptions of services on this site are general information, not a binding offer. Each job is governed by the written proposal, invoice, or service agreement you receive from us.

Scheduling and Cancellations

We make every effort to arrive within scheduled windows. If you need to reschedule, please give us as much notice as you can by calling (316) 263-7201. We may need to reschedule for weather, safety, or emergency calls, and we will tell you as soon as we know.

Payments and Financing

Payment terms appear on your proposal or invoice. Online bill payment happens on a secure page hosted by our payment processor, SwipeSimple. Financing is offered through Wells Fargo with approved credit, and your financing agreement is with Wells Fargo, not with us. We never collect or store full card numbers on this website.

Warranties

Equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Our workmanship is backed per the terms provided with your proposal or service agreement. Warranty coverage may require documented routine maintenance. Except as stated in a signed agreement, we make no other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent the law allows.

The content on this site, including text, photos, graphics, logos, and page design, belongs to Bragg Temp Control, Inc. dba Kelley & Dawson Service or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
